A Leader in the Industry

Stratford Management is a Founding Member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Established in December 2002, AACM has devoted itself to educating the legislature about the ramifications of the bills it considers regarding homeowners associations, and developing a curriculum for a statewide certification process that will elevate and regulate the educational and ethical standards to which all Community Managers must adhere.

Our participation in AACM enables our managers to stay abreast of legislation that is proposed, adopted, or defeated. We consider this to be integral to the on-going training and certification of our staff and to the proper representation of our clientele. Of equal importance, members of AACM must agree to abide by a Code of Ethics and to promote professional conduct within the industry.

 

AACM
