DAVID GRANT
PRESIDENT

Among David’s priorities in achieving superior customer service in the Association management industry is the innovative use of technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our company’s operations. In addition to making technological changes, David focuses on Stratford’s employees by continuing to build an organization of high-quality professionals who are qualified and certified in Association management. David holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Portsmouth Technical College, UK, and also has a background in sales and marketing.

     
Vincent Braun

VINCENT BRAUN, CAAM®
PRINCIPAL

Vincent has over thirty years of extensive business management and financial consulting experience. He has owned three corporations specializing in real estate development and financing prior to becoming a principal partner at Stratford Management. He has detailed experience in handling financial and planning issues before city and county government commissions. Vincent holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Texas, and a CAAM® certification from the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).

     
Phyl Lenzini

PHYL LENZINI
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Phyl Lenzini joins the Stratford Team as the Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years experience in Corporate and Forensic Accounting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans. Her experience includes owning and operating several Service businesses including a Small Business Accounting firm most recently. She has called Tucson home since 1997 and is an active member of the community.

     
Cherie Hewitson

CHERIE HEWITSON, CAAM®, AMS
DIRECTOR OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES/SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER

Cherie Hewitson joined Stratford Management in 2000. Prior to moving to Tucson in 1999, she owned a successful business for 10 years in New York State. Cherie’s career in the community association management business began 13 years ago as an Administrative Assistant. Cherie is now a Senior Manager with Stratford Management and manages one of the largest master planned communities in the Greater Tucson area.

As a member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), Cherie has earned her Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM®) certification and, as a member of Community Association Institute (CAI), has earned her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.

     
Joseph O'Hagin

JOSEPH O’HAGIN, CAAM®
DIRECTOR OF HOA SERVICES

Joseph has been a manager with Stratford Management for over 20 years, during which time he has worked with a variety of Associations, ranging from master planned developments to small custom-home projects. Joseph attended the University of Arizona and Pima Community College and has previously worked in the title/escrow insurance industry. Joseph’s background as an escrow officer has proved exceptionally helpful in interpreting and understanding statutes pertaining to resale disclosures and related documentation. Joseph earned his CAAM® designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers and works with and mentors the community managers and administrative assistants.
